NEW MAINERO 1045 RI – ROW-INDEPENDENT- SUNFLOWER HEADER

Its innovative pan folding system allows for the header to be positioned in transport easier, faster, and essentially safer, avoiding the need to operate tilting adjustments with the head already mounted on the trailer. Additionally, the innovative inter-pan passage adjustment system, much simpler than already known ones, makes it possible to be performed in field practice, allowing significant increases daily working hours while reducing crop losses.

Unique shield and whirligig joint regulation system.

To perform an efficient collection with minimal loss, both items should be registered in advancing and height every time the chapters size is modified, as the shield should be raised just enough to allow its passage to the whirligig, while the whirligig has to always take them from forward and up, functioning as a second support when cutting the stem.
