Its innovative pan folding system allows for the header to be positioned in transport easier, faster, and essentially safer, avoiding the need to operate tilting adjustments with the head already mounted on the trailer. Additionally, the innovative inter-pan passage adjustment system, much simpler than already known ones, makes it possible to be performed in field practice, allowing significant increases daily working hours while reducing crop losses.
The addition of a simple and feasible shield height adjustment system allows for a significant MOG (material other than grain) reduction, reducing crop losses risk and improving overall capacity of header-combine set. New reel design reduces predisposition to damage heads when adjusted below its optimal height and completely eliminates the nail and fly-forward heads vice in all conditions, significantly reducing crop losses.
On the other hand, just by eliminating drives from the outer sides made it possible to reduce fenders width and thus obtain outer pans similar in width to central ones, finally making it possible to get a header that can truly perform in any direction and row-spacing without increasing harvest losses after more than 20 years of having narrow central pans, which made it possible in the center of the head.
